Chef remy is amazing, he came to our house and cooked a 5 course meal for 4 people, he arrived on time, the meal was booked for 7pm and everything went very smoothly, he even cleaned up after the meal. Top marks remy. We would definetly recommend him.

Remy cooked our Christmas dinner for us in our Air BnB for 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was perfect, tasted amazing and the service was brilliant. Super unintrusive, barely knew that they were there and left everything really tidy afterwards too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Had the most incredible dining experience at Remy Fine Dining last night the 7 course tasting menu at £80pp was worth every penny. Every dish was beautifully composed and full of flavour, and the pacing between courses was spot on.

Standouts included the scallops with cauliflower purée and marinated courgette ribbons to start, followed by a rich lobster ravioli with lobster bisque that set the tone for the evening. The mushroom lasagne with parma ham and truffle cream sauce was pure indulgence, and the strawberry and basil granita with mascarpone was a perfect, refreshing palate cleanser before the main.

The fillet steak with dauphinoise potato, roasted baby leeks, king prawns and Diane sauce was cooked to perfection a real showstopper of a main course. And they didn’t hold back on dessert either: chocolate cremeux choux with poached strawberries, followed by a caramel tart with white chocolate ice cream to finish.

On top of the food, the service throughout was attentive, warm and genuinely top notch from start to finish. Can’t recommend Remy Fine Dining highly enough already looking forward to going back.

My daughter organised Chef Remy twice (different guests) in 2 weeks she was so impressed with him. Remy arrived at their holiday house (house not that well equipped) but calmly set about cooking & serving 5 lovely courses in an incredibly organised, relaxed and cheerful manner. 2 of the party were vegetarian, and he accommodated their preferences without any fuss. The portion sizes were generous, so my husband and I had leftovers (2 courses) for our dinner the next day. Remy was very easy to have around which was important as were in an open plan kitchen /dining area. Quite charming, would recommend.

There was a 27 guests wedding and I can tell that every single one of them enjoyed all the dishes. Well served, fast , professionalism and left everything clean afterwards. If you want your mouth to be boomed with pleasure than book Remy and his team!
